Plant Efficiency Systems
Skid-mounted chiller plant efficiency systems designed to reduce energy and water usage, lower maintenance requirements, and extend equipment life.

The technology operates as an integrated system combining proprietary treatment methods with a centralized software platform to support ongoing performance optimization. By continuously improving loop conditions, the system helps facilities reduce utility operating costs while improving overall plant efficiency.
Overview
TGI Plant Efficiency Systems are skid-mounted solutions designed to replace traditional sand filters and separators used in open and closed loop chiller plants. The systems are applicable to facilities operating chiller capacities from approximately 500 tons up to 6,000 tons, with modular configurations that can be linked together to accommodate larger or more complex plants.
What the system replaces
-
Sand filters
-
Mechanical separators
-
Reactive, maintenance-intensive loop management methods
How the system works
Over time, fouling and particulate accumulation in open and closed loop chiller systems reduce heat transfer efficiency and increase energy demand. TGI Plant Efficiency Systems apply continuous micro-cleansing processes within the loop to help maintain cleaner heat exchange surfaces.
By improving thermo transfer conditions within the system, chiller plants are able to operate closer to their intended efficiency range, resulting in lower energy and water consumption and reduced strain on equipment.
Designed for industrial and commercial facilities
These systems are suited for:
-
Commercial and institutional chiller plants
-
Industrial facilities
-
Campus and district cooling environments
-
Facilities seeking operational efficiency improvements without full plant replacement
TGI supports deployment through system sizing, configuration, and integration planning to align with plant capacity, loop design, and operational objectives. Systems may be deployed as single-skid or multi-skid configurations depending on facility requirements.
